The Divine Fijians Home Care (DFHC) and Supported Living Services (SLS) successfully inducted more than 15 new caregivers into its growing team of dedicated care professionals, today.
A testament to the hard work of Fijian caregivers in California, Director SLS, Marica Koroitamana, thanked the new caregivers for choosing a profession built on compassion, commitment, and service.
The induction program is conducted quarterly to ensure every new caregiver is well-versed in the agency’s policies, procedures, values, and standards before being placed with clients.
With more than 100 clients and over 120 caregivers, the agency believes its greatest strength lies in its people and their commitment to delivering exceptional care while continuing to build the agency’s reputation as a trusted home care provider throughout California.
