Poasa Koroitamana believes faith has been the cornerstone of his caregiving business, which employs more than 100 caregivers, serving clients with compassion and dignity.
His belief, rooted in the Lord, extends far beyond words.
From the early days of Divine Fijians Home Care (DFHC), Mr Koroitamana, its founder and CEO, has supported the construction of houses of worship across Fiji.
Recently, DFHC contributed USD$10,000 toward building a church on the outskirts of Suva, Fiji’s capital.
The Temple Methodist Church in Nasinu, which currently serves 95 congregants, hopes this support will help expand its reach and welcome more worshippers into its growing community.
Mr Koroitmana has consistently donated to causes that help spread the gospel.
“We are able to help because of our caregivers who work tirelessly in the field,” he said.
“This contribution is in addition to our tithing, it is a seed we are sowing in faith, believing it will help our company grow.”
Mr Koroitamana respects all beliefs and values every individual genuinely.
He added that such acts of giving are made possible only through the trust and support of DFHC’s clients.
“We want our clients to know that their money doesn’t just stay within our billing department, it goes beyond,” he said.
“Lives are protected, stomachs are fed, worries are eased, and that is what truly matters.”
