DFHC CEO Embarks on Spiritual Journey

Divine Fijians Home Care CEO, Poasa Koroitamana, believes placing Jesus Christ at the center of the company’s foundation will lead to exponential growth and lasting impact.

While he deeply respects all beliefs and honors people from all walks of life, Mr Koroitamana said his love for clients and caregivers had drawn him closer to God.

“We are a service provider, and my heart is always with everyone under our care. I love them just as much as I love God,” he said with emotion.

“Every day, I thank the Lord for His guidance and for the meaningful relationships that have been birthed through this business.”

Mr Koroitamana, accompanied by the company chaplain and deaconess, and a staff member, recently attended the Revival in the Marketplace Conference in San Diego, California, organized by the Christian Entrepreneur Club.

The event brought together Christian leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs, many of whom are billionaires and millionaires, to share insights on faith-driven leadership and business stewardship.

“I want a seat at the table – in fact, I’m building my own table, with God at the head,” Mr Koroitamana said.

“This journey is personal. While it will not alter the company’s operations, it will create a long-lasting spiritual and human impact.”

Describing the experience as electric and transformational, Mr Koroitamana said the lessons from the conference reinforced his mission to lead with faith, compassion, and purpose.

“It is about creating an impact that reaches the unreached, heals the broken, and raises a new generation of impactful leaders,” he said.
