Two of our managers are glowing in yellow, a color often symbolizing happiness, joy, energy, and friendship in dementia care.
On the right is Jale, who joined us on Monday as Manager Human Resources. He brings over 30 years of experience in administration and HR management with the Fiji Government.
Starting as a temporary clerical officer straight out of high school, Jale pursued university studies and rose through the ranks from principal officer to director before retiring as deputy secretary at Fiji’s Ministry of Lands.
In addition to his public service career, Jale worked as a caregiver in North California, giving him first-hand insight into client and caregiver needs.
His mission is to create a supportive work environment that prioritizes both, positioning DFHC as the employer of choice and the go-to care provider for clients.
He is pictured with our Roving Manager, Marica.
